In this policy, we, us and our mean Techtaru Digital in relation to the Propto CRM website.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers information collected from visitors to this website, including people who fill in a form, call, email or message us.
It does not cover customer data that a business stores and processes inside Propto CRM. That data belongs to the customer. We handle it for the customer under the written agreement for the service. See section 9.
3. Information we collect
- Form details: name, work email, phone number, company name, business type, city or region, website, partnership track, experience, message and requirement that you choose to submit.
- ROI calculator enquiries: if you submit the optional enquiry form, the inputs and results you entered are included. Using the calculator alone does not send us anything.
- Campaign details: UTM parameters in the page address (source, medium, campaign, term, content), kept in your browser for the session and sent with a form you submit.
- Technical data: your IP address and request details are processed by our server to deliver pages, limit abuse and rate-limit forms.
- Messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp, including the content and your contact details.
4. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, book a demo or assess a partner application.
- To prepare a proposal or a tailored ROI discussion when you ask for one.
- To protect the site and forms from spam and misuse.
- To understand which campaigns bring enquiries.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your information. We do not use form submissions for automated decisions about you.

6. Who receives your information
- Techtaru Digital staff who handle enquiries, partner applications and demos.
- Email delivery: form submissions are emailed to support@techtaru.com using the site hosting email service.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the website. [Provider names to be confirmed.]
- Google Fonts: your browser requests fonts from Google when a page loads.
- WhatsApp, telephone and email providers when you contact us through them.
We may disclose information when the law requires it.
7. How long we keep it

8. Security
The site uses HTTPS. Forms are validated on the server, protected by a hidden-field spam check and rate limiting, and a protected copy of each submission is kept on the server and blocked from public access. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Customer data inside Propto CRM
When a business uses Propto CRM, it decides what data to store about its own leads, buyers, partners and employees. For that data the business is responsible for lawful use, and Techtaru Digital processes it on the business’s behalf under the service agreement. If you are a buyer or lead of one of our customers and want to exercise your rights, please contact that business first.
10. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop contacting you, and you can withdraw consent you gave us. We will respond as required by the law that applies. Write to info@techtaru.com.

12. Transfers outside India
