One rule, end to end
Illustrative sample dataOne rule, end to end
Sample data only. This shows how the work moves, not real figures.
The problem with operations
Reminders, escalations and approvals depend on the person who remembers. When that person is busy or away, a payment, a signature or a site update simply waits.
How teams use it day to day
Overdue instalment
A rule sends a message, then repeats and creates a task for accounts if nothing happens.
Agreement pending
Staged reminders go out after set hours until the signature arrives.
Approval expiry
Legal is alerted before a compliance item lapses.
Why Propto CRM for operations?
Your brand on operations
Propto CRM runs under your name, so buyers, partners and staff see your identity and not ours.
Workflows matched to operations
Pipelines, forms, roles, rules and templates are configured around how you already work, instead of bending your process to someone else’s menu.
No per-user pricing
Add the people who need access without a per-seat conversation. A one-time investment option exists. Hosting, AI usage, telephony and messaging are separate, and terms are set out in a written proposal.
Connected with the rest of the business
Operations share one record with Post-Sales & Collections, Construction & Site Management and Propto AI Copilot, so nothing is retyped between tools.
AI for routine work
AI Copilot and AI SDR agents assist with lookups and follow-up once an AI provider is configured. Changes wait for approval, and people stay in control.
What does waiting cost you?
Tick what sounds like your week. There is no score, only a conversation starter.
Bring your existing data with you
We help move operations from spreadsheets or another CRM, without promising miracles.
Look at what you have and what is worth moving.
Map fields and flag cleanup.
Import a sample and check it with your team.
Plan the cut-over, training and a pilot.
- White-label under your brand
- Customised to your workflow
- No per-user pricing
- One-time investment option
Hosting, maintenance, AI usage, telephony, WhatsApp and other third-party services are separate. Scope and terms are confirmed in a written proposal.
Questions we hear
Are rules on by default?
No. Rules start switched off, and Preview shows what a rule would do before you turn it on.
Can we change who is told and when?
Yes. You choose the recipient, channel and delay for each step.
Do rules act on old events?
Switching a rule on makes it act on conditions already true, such as an overdue payment, but never on past events such as old bookings.
