Integrations that bring leads in and let your team reach buyers
Existing connections for Meta Lead Ads, WhatsApp Business, telephony, email and SMS, plus webhooks and custom work where you need it.
How teams use it day to day
New ad campaign
Leads from a new ad form arrive mapped and assigned.
Portal enquiries
A portal that can send webhooks posts enquiries into the CRM.
Custom connection
A bespoke integration is scoped as separate work.
The problem with integrations
Leads arrive from ads, portals, calls and messages. Without integrations, each source is copied by hand and the source is lost.

Lead sources through webhooks or custom work

These are not native connectors unless confirmed for your deployment. Logos belong to their owners and are shown to name lead sources you can bring in, not to suggest a partnership or endorsement.

Why Propto CRM for integrations?
Your brand on integrations
Propto CRM runs under your name, so buyers, partners and staff see your identity and not ours.
Workflows matched to integrations
Pipelines, forms, roles, rules and templates are configured around how you already work, instead of bending your process to someone else’s menu.
No per-user pricing
Add the people who need access without a per-seat conversation. A one-time investment option exists. Hosting, AI usage, telephony and messaging are separate, and terms are set out in a written proposal.
Connected with the rest of the business
Integrations share one record with Lead & Marketing Automation, Communication Centre and WhatsApp API & Automation, so nothing is retyped between tools.
AI for routine work
AI Copilot and AI SDR agents assist with lookups and follow-up once an AI provider is configured. Changes wait for approval, and people stay in control.
- White-label under your brand
- Customised to your workflow
- No per-user pricing
- One-time investment option
Hosting, maintenance, AI usage, telephony, WhatsApp and other third-party services are separate. Scope and terms are confirmed in a written proposal.

Map fields and flag cleanup.
Import a sample and check it with your team.
Plan the cut-over, training and a pilot.
Questions we hear
Which integrations exist today?
Meta Lead Ads, WhatsApp Business (Meta Cloud API), DeepCall, MSG91, Brevo and tokenised webhooks. Each runs on your own provider account.
What about property portals and Google?
Sources that can send data by webhook can be connected. Native connectors for specific portals or Google products are scoped as custom work unless confirmed for your deployment.
Are credentials safe?
Credentials, access tokens and webhook secrets are stored encrypted on the backend and not exposed in the panel.
