Propto CRM vs Salesforce for a real estate business

Salesforce is a broad platform. Propto CRM is purpose-built for plots, bookings, collections and delivery. Here is how they differ and what to check.

Side by side

Native, add-on, partner and custom are different things. Where we could not verify the other side from an official source, we say so.

Questions to ask any CRM vendor

Use the same list for every shortlisted vendor, including us.

  1. Which real estate objects does it model natively: plots, units, holds, bookings, cost sheets?
  2. Is white-label branding offered, and what does it include?
  3. What changes can we make ourselves, and what needs the vendor or a partner?
  4. How is pricing calculated as users, partners and projects grow?
  5. Which features are native, which are add-ons, and which are partner or custom builds?
  6. How do you handle channel partners, commissions and payouts?
  7. What does implementation and data migration involve, and who does it?
  8. Which mobile apps exist, and for whom?

Where Propto CRM is strongest

Propto CRM is built for the real estate journey, so plots, bookings, collections, legal files, construction, partners and HRMS are native. It runs under your brand, is shaped around your workflow and does not charge per user.

Be fair to Salesforce

Salesforce is a capable platform for many businesses. If your priority is a platform that many industries use, or you already run it for other teams, that may matter more than real estate specifics. Test both on your own process.

Compare on your own workflow

Is this comparison complete?

No. It lists areas that matter to real estate teams and marks items we could not verify as Verify with vendor.

Does Propto CRM charge per user?

No. Propto CRM does not use per-user pricing. A written proposal sets out scope and terms.
