1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Propto CRM website. 2. The website is information, not an offer
Pages, feature descriptions, screens, previews and animations are for information. Product previews use illustrative sample data and do not show a real customer’s information. Features, integrations and availability for your deployment are confirmed in a demo and in your written proposal.
3. Enquiries, demos and proposals
Sending an enquiry, requesting a demo, applying as a partner or using the calculator does not create a contract. A contract exists only when both sides sign a written agreement or proposal. Pricing, scope, timelines, support, hosting, third-party costs and refunds, if any, are set out there. They are not set by this website.
4. ROI calculator and estimates
The ROI calculator gives illustrative estimates from the inputs and assumptions you enter. They are not guarantees, forecasts, financial advice or promises of results. Booking value is not profit, cash collected or financial ROI.
5. Partner applications
Applying to the partner programme does not make you a partner and does not promise commission, margin, exclusivity or territory. Any partnership is agreed in writing.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the website, forms or calculator, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to them.
- Do not submit false, misleading or unlawful information, or information about someone else without their permission.
- Do not copy the website’s content or design except as the law permits.
7. Ownership and third-party names
Propto CRM, its logos and website content belong to Techtaru Digital or its licensors. Client, portal and platform names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to identify them. They do not imply a partnership or endorsement unless we say so.
8. Third-party links and services
The site links to other websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
9. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as is. We may change or remove content at any time.
10. Liability
